1. Ordinance 2026-13 Adopting and Approving a Budget and Appropriating a Budget and Appropriating Funds for the City of El Campo, Texas, for Fiscal Year October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and Setting Forth the Appropriations for Said Budget

2. Ordinance 2026-14 Setting the Tax Rate and Levying a Tax Upon All Property Subject to Taxation Within the City of El Campo, Texas, for the Year 2026; Apportioning Said Levy Among the Various Funds and Items for Which Revenue Must Be Raised; Providing for the Collection of Taxes Therein Levied; Assessing Penalty and Interest for the Non-Payment of Such Taxes Within the Time Set; and Declaring an Effective Date

Resolution R2026-50 Authorizing the Fee Simple Acquisition of a 37.030-Acre Tract of Land Along Tres Palacios Creek for Purposes of Use as a Detention Pond in Conjunction with the City of El Campo's Channel Improvements, Drainage Enhancements, Erosion Control, and Flood Mitigation Purposes to Reduce Health and Safety Concerns; Authorizing the City Manager or Designee to Negotiate for the Acquisition of Said Fee Simple Interest; Authorizing Acquisition by Eminent Domain if Necessary; and Providing an Effective Date
